This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mango VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App and related trademarks, interface elements, text, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees with reasonable notice where applicable. You are responsible for device security, account credentials, and your login environment; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the applicable terms and privacy rules of those third-party providers.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the Service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, system permissions, weak signals, or carrier policies, the Service Provider is not responsible. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. We make reasonable efforts to maintain route information, app compatibility, and service availability, but some network conditions, regional policies, and third-party platform rules are outside our control. For security and compatibility, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate the Service within a reasonable scope.

Subscription Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Mango VPN. Before purchasing, please read this refund policy and use the free plan or trial benefits first to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.

Non-refund policy: Unless required by law or platform rules, subscriptions, license keys, or access to digital services are final once activated.

Pre-purchase evaluation: We encourage users to test node speed, device compatibility, and platform availability through the free version, demo, or short-term plans before paying.

Customer support: If you encounter installation, connection, login, or subscription synchronization issues, contact support first so we can help troubleshoot.

Technical issues: Temporary network fluctuations, node maintenance, or third-party platform restrictions do not automatically qualify for refunds. We will provide alternate routes or repair suggestions where reasonable.

Unauthorized use: Refunds will not be provided if an account, license, or access right is shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of the terms.

Policy changes: We may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Updates take effect after publication on the website.

By purchasing and using a Mango VPN subscription, you agree to comply with this non-refund policy.
